We capitalize on our extensive hands-on experience in electronic level gas purification gained over many years of operation. Our approach combines precisely engineered gas flow paths with innovative patented adsorber designs, seamlessly integrating advanced granular hollow fiber adsorption and getter absorption technologies into our product gas purifiers to the level used in electronics industry applications.
Our FABTRON® series is designed for a two-stage adsorption process. The system is specifically engineered to provide companies with gas of a quality that exceeds existing industry standards for high-tech plants. H2O, O2, CO, CO2 and CH4 impurities are removed to below parts per billion (ppb) at ambient temperature using granulated hollow fibers.
Adsorbers alternately operate in purification/regeneration modes. The adsorber regeneration process is completed by backwashing with purified hydrogen at a temperature of 180 °C. After adsorbers, a passive getter (gas absorption) column is installed to provide continuous impurities purification at 300 °C (572 °F). This process not only ensures optimum performance but also extends system lifetime.
