Operating Principle

The Nitrotec generator consists of two adsorption columns filled with carbon molecular sieves.

Compressed air enters the columns, where oxygen molecules are adsorbed, and nitrogen is delivered to the end user.

Process details:

1. Carbon molecular sieve adsorbs oxygen, allowing nitrogen to pass through.
2. Dual-column system: one column operates while the other regenerates, ensuring a continuous nitrogen supply.
3. Properly filtered air ensures unlimited adsorbent lifetime.
4. Nitrogen is separated due to the selective adsorption of oxygen molecules by the sieve granules.
