System Components

- Main Distribution Board (MDB) — receives and distributes power
- Air compressor — compresses atmospheric air and feeds it into the oxygen generator
- Cyclone separator — removes water, oil condensate from compressed air for easier drying
- Refrigeration dryer — dries air by cooling
- Air receiver — stabilises pressure fluctuations
- Main air filters — purify the pneumatic flow
- Oxygen generator — operates using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology
- Oxygen receiver — equalises pressure surges and provides oxygen storage
- Switching device — ensures uninterrupted gas supply
- Cylinder filling stations:
- Cylinder filling manifold — for cylinder refilling
- Cylinder discharge manifold — for direct gas delivery to consumers
Oxygen Plant Operating Principle
The equipment functions as follows:
- The air compressor compresses atmospheric air and directs it into the air receiver, which stabilises pressure fluctuations.
- The airflow passes through the treatment system, where it is cleaned of oil vapours, condensate, and solid particles.
- The air mixture enters the separation block containing two types of adsorbents: The first absorbs nitrogen and water vapour from the air mixture; The second releases the absorbed nitrogen into the atmosphere.
- The cycle repeats continuously. Oxygen from the receiver is then fed to the compressor for cylinder filling.
Oxygen Plant Configurations
- Stationary units — mounted on a vibration-dampened frame, fully assembled and ready for operation. Installed at a designated location within the facility.
- Modular block units — installed inside an all-metal container, suitable for operation in various climate conditions. With a prepared installation site, commissioning time is minimised.
- Mobile units — installed in a container mounted on a wheeled chassis or skids.

Advantages of Oxygen Plants
- Cost efficiency — minimal oxygen production costs; payback period is approx. 2 years.
- Low power consumption — only 0.19 kW per 1 m³ of oxygen.
- Low maintenance — servicing required only for the screw compressor, air dryers, and filters. Adsorbent replacement is needed every 40,000 — 50,000 operating hours.
- High reliability — equipped with components from leading global and domestic manufacturers. Each unit undergoes multi-stage quality control and testing, ensuring an uninterrupted 24/7 oxygen supply.
- Full automation — does not require constant operator presence; remote access is available.
- Optional features — on request: off-spec gas vent valve, oxygen flow meter, dew point sensors for air and oxygen, automatic signalling for peripheral equipment startup.
