ONHS has received an order to design and manufacture a containerised PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generation plant for one of Russia’s largest city-forming enterprises, which operates within the defence industry sector.
ONHS engineers developed a solution tailored to the client’s technical specifications, ensuring the production of high-purity nitrogen. The system is housed in a 10-metres container and equipped with an ultra-fine purification module featuring a sterile filter capable of capturing particles as small as 10 nanometres.
The nitrogen plant was delivered fully assembled and pre-commissioned at the factory, allowing immediate deployment and seamless integration into the client’s production workflow.
